Who is Eligible? All Maintenance Contract Customers are eligible to store their working parts in our warehouse at no cost.
How it Works: If your equipment breaks down and you have stored what you need with us you fully own your part and only will pay labor expenses to have it repaired.
Additional Perks: You have the opportunity to earn a 10% credit to your account if we sell your part to another customer. If you have reservations about selling your unit, you will be able to designate up to five parts not to be sold.
Tracking Your Parts: We have developed a software that assigns a unique number to everything we keep for you so you can easily track it in your customer portal.
