Legacy Mechanical is proud to announce the upcoming completion of a six floor, 90,000 SF buildout for JP Morgan Chase located at Monarch Tower in Buckhead. The scope of work includes a water cooled Liebert computer room AC unit for each floor, (25) terminal units, (4) water pumps and new high end air distribution devices throughout with numerous gypsum ceiling details requiring intricate detail. The elevator lobbies and restrooms are also included in the renovation and include linear flow bar systems in the elevator lobbies and new plumbing fixtures along adding new private restrooms and additional fixtures due to the occupancy of the floor. The schedule was critical on the project and included multiple shifts due to the occupied nature of some of the areas and the fact that multiple floors were completing at one time.
