Sean is a registered professional engineer. Aside from running the day-to-day operations of Legacy Mechanical, he also leads Legacy’s design and engineering department. Based on Sean’s philosophy of relationships and quality over price, Legacy performs a majority of their projects on a negotiated design-build or design-assist basis.
Sean’s biggest priority is providing the highest quality services to Legacy’s clients and developing a work force that has the highest level of professionalism and education in the industry.
Sean is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Cherokee County with his wife and three children.
Before joining Legacy, Chuck worked with several of the larger mechanical contractors in Georgia. He has extensive knowledge in design-build, plan and specification projects in the office, hospitality and medical building markets.
Chuck is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
Chris started his HVAC career as a sheet metal apprentice and worked his way up to foreman and project coordinator. After 12 years in projects, Chris chose to move into commercial service where he began as a technician and later moved up to team leader, service supervisor and service manager. He has extensive experience in proposing and managing commercial HVAC and service projects, customizing service plans for clients and managing teams.
Chris has worked in the metro Atlanta area throughout his career. He lives in North Georgia with his wife and two children.
Brian began his career as a building maintenance engineer in the commercial office industry. Over the years, Brian worked his way up the ladder eventually earning the position of Senior Chief Engineer over the Southeast Region, including overseeing more than 3.5 million square feet of office space. During his career, he has assisted with the LEED BD+C and ID+C certification process for many office spaces, as well as the Energy Star and BOMA 360 certification of several buildings. He has also served as committee chairman of Corporate Safety & Sustainability for almost five years.
Brian is a current member of BOMA Georgia (Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia). He holds both the SMT (Systems Maintenance Technician) and the SMA (Systems Maintenance Administrator) BOMI designations and is currently a part-time instructor for several of the BOMI SMT/SMA certificate program courses. He is a current member of the BTO (BOMA Technical Organization) for which he served as chairman of the BTO Council for 2014. Brian also served a 2-year term on the BOMA Atlanta – Board of Directors from 2010 – 2012. Brian attended both Gwinnett Technical College in Lawrenceville, Ga. as well as Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, Ga. earning his diploma in Air Conditioning Technology in 1994.
Rebekah has ten years of experience and familiarity with several Class A and medical office buildings located in the Atlanta area.
She is currently working on completing her bachelor’s degree in construction management with a specialty concentration from Southern Polytechnic State University and will graduate in 2015.
“J” Harper is the Service Administrative Coordinator at Legacy Mechanical Services inc. She is responsible for a multitude of day-to-day processes within the service department that relate to current service calls and preventative maintenance follow up. She is also a key component to the growth and development of the service department through her role in the completion of special projects and continuous improvements to departmental protocol’s and procedures. She is a vital asset to the daily operations of the service administrative team at Legacy.
Beverly is the Office Administrator for Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. bringing over 25 years of experience in the Office Administration field. Her responsibilities include overseeing Payroll/HR, A/R & A/P & Billing. She is also responsible for closing month end and financials. She has been with Legacy since 2010.
John started his career in 2004 as a sheet metal apprentice and was made foreman in 2008. He then changed careers to HVAC service/startup technician with the local 177 in Brunswick GA. He went to college at Altamaha technical college for two years before moving to the metro Atlanta area where he served his 5-year apprenticeship with the local 72, earning his S.T.A.R. Certification in Mechanical Service. During his apprenticeship he won state and regionals HVAC competition, and placed second in nationals. He has had Manufacturers training in Lochinvar Boilers, Liebert/Emmerson Data room precision cooling equipment, and Webster Burners.
After some time as one of Legacy’s top service technicians he was promoted to Account Manager. John is involved in estimating, designing, coordinating, and managing service projects.
Cassia received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Georgia in 2013.
James manages all our warehouse spaces, schedule deliveries, along with ordering supplies, tools, and equipment. He also manages our fleet of vehicles.
Bernie McLaughlin is the Project Coordinator for Legacy Mechanical Services Inc., bringing 22 years of HVAC sheetmetal, industrial sheetmetal, and construction experience whith him.
Bernie started his career with Legacy in 2011 as a Job foreman and has worked his way up through Field superintendent, estimator, and Project Coordinator.
In the near future Bernie plans to be a Project Manager at Legacy mechanical Services Inc.
Linda has been with Legacy Mechanical Services, inc. since 2016 and currently serves as Accounts Payable Specialist. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, production and inventory control management.
Linda is responsible for processing all invoices and credits, responding to vendor inquiries and issues, reconciling vendor statements, researching discrepancies and assisting with monthly accounts payable closeout.
Linda lives in Cobb County with her husband.
Started in the sheet metal trade in 1976. 1978 to 1987 served in the U.S. Marine Corps and returned to the trade after discharge. 2004 move to the office as the labor superintendent. 2005 moved to Project Manager/Estimator until present.
