Sean Daily

Sean is the President and Founder of Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. After gaining widespread knowledge of the HVAC industry through many years of experience with some of the largest mechanical contractors in Atlanta, Sean founded Legacy in February 2001.

Sean is a registered professional engineer. Aside from running the day-to-day operations of Legacy Mechanical, he also leads Legacy’s design and engineering department. Based on Sean’s philosophy of relationships and quality over price, Legacy performs a majority of their projects on a negotiated design-build or design-assist basis.

Sean’s biggest priority is providing the highest quality services to Legacy’s clients and developing a work force that has the highest level of professionalism and education in the industry.

Sean is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Cherokee County with his wife and three children.

Chuck Bruce

Chuck Bruce is the Vice President of Construction for Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. His responsibilities include sales, project management, oversight of project managers and all construction projects, construction scheduling, quality control, warranty and customer satisfaction. He joined Legacy in 2009 as the Senior Project Manager in charge of customer development, sales and project management.

Before joining Legacy, Chuck worked with several of the larger mechanical contractors in Georgia. He has extensive knowledge in design-build, plan and specification projects in the office, hospitality and medical building markets.

Chuck is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.

Chris Harrell

Chris Harrell is the Service Manager at Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc., bringing 23 years of HVAC project and service experience with him.

Chris started his HVAC career as a sheet metal apprentice and worked his way up to foreman and project coordinator. After 12 years in projects, Chris chose to move into commercial service where he began as a technician and later moved up to team leader, service supervisor and service manager. He has extensive experience in proposing and managing commercial HVAC and service projects, customizing service plans for clients and managing teams.

Chris has worked in the metro Atlanta area throughout his career. He lives in North Georgia with his wife and two children.

Brian Manus

Brian Manus recently joined the Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. team as Director of Business Development, bringing with him more than 26 years of experience maintaining and managing commercial high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise office buildings, industrial and warehouse buildings, as well as various types of retail buildings.

Brian began his career as a building maintenance engineer in the commercial office industry. Over the years, Brian worked his way up the ladder eventually earning the position of Senior Chief Engineer over the Southeast Region, including overseeing more than 3.5 million square feet of office space. During his career, he has assisted with the LEED BD+C and ID+C certification process for many office spaces, as well as the Energy Star and BOMA 360 certification of several buildings. He has also served as committee chairman of Corporate Safety & Sustainability for almost five years.

Brian is a current member of BOMA Georgia (Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia). He holds both the SMT (Systems Maintenance Technician) and the SMA (Systems Maintenance Administrator) BOMI designations and is currently a part-time instructor for several of the BOMI SMT/SMA certificate program courses. He is a current member of the BTO (BOMA Technical Organization) for which he served as chairman of the BTO Council for 2014. Brian also served a 2-year term on the BOMA Atlanta – Board of Directors from 2010 – 2012. Brian attended both Gwinnett Technical College in Lawrenceville, Ga. as well as Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, Ga. earning his diploma in Air Conditioning Technology in 1994.

Billy Whitfield

Billy Whitfield originally joined the Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. team in 2011 and is currently serving as a Project Manager in the construction department, running multiple HVAC and plumbing projects for the company.

Before joining Legacy, Billy was a Project Manager on the general contractor side of construction with Choate Construction and Beers Skanska, Inc.

Billy received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction.

Rebekah Chambers

Rebekah joined Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2010 as Assistant Project Manager before advancing to Project Manager in 2014. She is responsible for sales, the successful delivery of projects and building relationships with current and new customers.

Rebekah has ten years of experience and familiarity with several Class A and medical office buildings located in the Atlanta area.

She is currently working on completing her bachelor’s degree in construction management with a specialty concentration from Southern Polytechnic State University and will graduate in 2015.

Janeekis Harper

Janeekis “J” Harper is the Head of Estimating at Legacy Mechanical Services Inc. Before joining Legacy in 2012, J was an estimating assistant with a general contractor.

J is responsible for pre-construction and post-construction operations that include bid management, permits, construction document organization, data entry and assembling close out documents. She also plays a vital role in solving technological problems in house.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a concentration in Land Development from Southern Polytechnic State University in 2012.

Lori Bruce

Lori Bruce joined Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2013 as the Controller. She is responsible for the management and supervision of financial accounting, fiscal control, budget operations, material control, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Lori has extensive accounting experience in the construction industry and public accounting.

Lori received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Brenau University.

Brandy Osland

Brandy has been with Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. since 2009. After helping complete the FLETC Urban Suburban Training facility for Homeland Security in Brunswick, GA, Brandy moved to Atlanta and joined the Legacy metro area office.

Brandy handles all contract administration and service department coordination including dispatching, work order requests and customer service.

Brandy resides in the metro Atlanta area with her husband and two daughters.

Beverly Calkins

Beverly has been with Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. since 2010. She brings an extensive amount of experience in human resources to the Legacy team as the Human Resources Manager and Payroll Administrator. She is responsible for new hire procedures, payroll, insurance, benefits, job descriptions and company policy updates.

Beverly resides in Cobb County with her husband and son.

Shane Stinchcomb

Shane Stinchcomb started with Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in April of 2013 as a sheet metal foreman until being promoted to Project Manager in September 2015. His responsibilities include sales and management of HVAC and plumbing construction projects. Shane has over 24 years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC project applications. He has spent his entire career in the Atlanta area and specializes in field project management. Shane resides in Newnan, GA with his two children.

Jim Henderson

Jim Henderson joined Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2015 with 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry. His primary role is a Project Manager running multiple HVAC and plumbing projects and business development for the company. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.

John Osland

John Osland joined the Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. management team as an Account Manager in December 2015. He has brought with him 10 years’ experience in commercial HVAC.

John started his career in 2004 as a sheet metal apprentice and was made foreman in 2008. He then changed careers to HVAC service/startup technician with the local 177 in Brunswick GA. He went to college at Altamaha technical college for two years before moving to the metro Atlanta area where he served his 5-year apprenticeship with the local 72, earning his S.T.A.R. Certification in Mechanical Service. During his apprenticeship he won state and regionals HVAC competition, and placed second in nationals. He has had Manufacturers training in Lochinvar Boilers, Liebert/Emmerson Data room precision cooling equipment, and Webster Burners.

After some time as one of Legacy’s top service technicians he was promoted to Account Manager. John is involved in estimating, designing, coordinating, and managing service projects.

Cassia Adams

Cassia Adams joined the Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. team in 2016 with 2 years of experience in production coordination in the mechanical industry. She is currently the Service Coordinator for Legacy primarily responsible for the logistics of the service department including dispatching technicians, generating and maintaining work orders, and optimizing the department’s schedule.

Cassia received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Georgia in 2013.
