Qualifications and Capabilities in HVAC and Plumbing Work
Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. has been operating since February of 2001 with a focus on tenant retrofit and small facilities construction. We perform HVAC installation and plumbing installation. We have a fully functional service department to focus on repair and preventive maintenance of existing HVAC systems. Our principals have a combined 30 years experience in the HVAC industry.
Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. was started in February 2001 by Sean Daily (President). Sean is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He spent a number of years with some of the larger Mechanical contractors in the Atlanta area before founding Legacy Mechanical in 2001. Sean has a strong background in Medical Facility systems and new construction and performs almost 60% of his projects on a design/build basis.
Nick Lanese (V.P. of Sales) began his career in Cleveland, Ohio in the apprenticeship program for the Sheetmetal Workers Local. He worked both in the field and also in a sheetmetal shop. After moving to Atlanta in 1993, he began estimating/selling sheetmetal and air distribution for a local Atlanta sheetmetal shop. Nick began project management in new construction of schools in Forsyth County for Total Quality Mechanical. He also worked for Valencia Mechanical (where he met Sean Daily) and MCI Enterprises. Over the years, Nick has specialized in class “A & B” tenant construction. Both Sean and Nick have a strong background in “design/build” projects.
Tim Chamblee, Senior PM – Tim has a vast knowledge of the HVAC industry from his time as a salesman at Trane as well as his many years of project management in the Mechanical contracting industry. Tim is our resident expert on large equipment such as chillers and cooling towers and has years of experience with Mechanical Plant design/operation, which includes teaching the Advanced HVAC program for BOMA.
Legacy Mechanical Services. Inc. is a full-service mechanical contractor. All field personnel are employed by Legacy Mechanical Services. We also have a Professional Engineer on staff.
