Sean is the President and Founder of Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. After gaining widespread knowledge of the HVAC industry through many years of experience with some of the largest mechanical contractors in Atlanta, Sean founded Legacy in February 2001.
Sean is a registered professional engineer. Aside from running the day-to-day operations of Legacy Mechanical, he also leads Legacy’s design and engineering department. Based on Sean’s philosophy of relationships and quality over price, Legacy performs a majority of their projects on a negotiated design-build or design-assist basis.
Sean’s biggest priority is providing the highest quality services to Legacy’s clients and developing a work force that has the highest level of professionalism and education in the industry.
Sean is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Cherokee County with his wife and three children.
Chuck Bruce is the Vice President of Construction for Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. His responsibilities include sales, project management, oversight of project managers and all construction projects, construction scheduling, quality control, warranty and customer satisfaction. He joined Legacy in 2009 as the Senior Project Manager in charge of customer development, sales and project management.
Before joining Legacy, Chuck worked with several of the larger mechanical contractors in Georgia. He has extensive knowledge in design-build, plan and specification projects in the office, hospitality and medical building markets.
Chuck is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
Billy Whitfield originally joined the Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. team in 2011 and is currently serving as a Project Manager in the construction department, running multiple HVAC and plumbing projects for the company.
Before joining Legacy, Billy was a Project Manager on the general contractor side of construction with Choate Construction and Beers Skanska, Inc.
Billy received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction.
Chris Harrell recently joined the Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. team as an Account and Project Manager in the service department, bringing 23 years of HVAC project and service experience with him.
Chris started his HVAC career as a sheet metal apprentice and worked his way up to foreman and project coordinator. After 12 years in projects, Chris chose to move into commercial service where he began as a technician and later moved up to team leader, service supervisor and service manager. He has extensive experience in proposing and managing commercial HVAC and service projects, customizing service plans for clients and managing teams.
Chris has worked in the metro Atlanta area throughout his career. He lives in North Georgia with his wife and two children.
Rebekah joined Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2010 as Assistant Project Manager before advancing to Project Manager in 2014. She is responsible for sales, the successful delivery of projects and building relationships with current and new customers.
Rebekah has ten years of experience and familiarity with several Class A and medical office buildings located in the Atlanta area.
She is currently working on completing her bachelor’s degree in construction management with a specialty concentration from Southern Polytechnic State University and will graduate in 2015.
Neal Bennett joined Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2012 with 15 years of previous commercial construction experience. He previously worked at Choate Interior Construction as a senior estimator, working closely with owners, architects and construction managers from the initial planning stages through project implementation.
His primary role since joining Legacy has been project management and business development. Neal’s extensive knowledge of Atlanta’s interior commercial construction industry ranges from high-end office buildings to medical build-outs.
Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma and resides in East Cobb with his wife and two children.
Janeekis “J” Harper is the Assistant Project Manager at Legacy Mechanical Services Inc. Before joining Legacy in 2012, J was an estimating assistant with a general contractor.
J is responsible for pre-construction and post-construction operations that include bid management, permits, construction document organization, data entry and assembling close out documents. She also plays a vital role in solving technological problems in house.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a concentration in Land Development from Southern Polytechnic State University in 2012.
Brian joined Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2008 as a Service Technician and is now a Service Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the HVAC service field, Brian possesses widespread knowledge of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, mechanical plant maintenance, specialty HVAC systems for data centers as well as medical and surgical facilities.
After a number of years as one of Legacy’s top service technicians, Brian was promoted to Field Supervisor and soon after to Service Manager. Brian manages the day-to-day operations of Legacy’s service department and helps coordinate installation projects for the construction department.
Lori Bruce joined Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2013 as the Controller. She is responsible for the management and supervision of financial accounting, fiscal control, budget operations, material control, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Lori has extensive accounting experience in the construction industry and public accounting.
Lori received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Brenau University.
Brandy has been with Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. since 2009. After helping complete the FLETC Urban Suburban Training facility for Homeland Security in Brunswick, GA, Brandy moved to Atlanta and joined the Legacy metro area office.
Brandy handles all contract administration and service department coordination including dispatching, work order requests and customer service.
Brandy resides in the metro Atlanta area with her husband and two daughters.
Beverly has been with Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. since 2010. She brings an extensive amount of experience in human resources to the Legacy team as the Human Resources Manager and Payroll Administrator. She is responsible for new hire procedures, payroll, insurance, benefits, job descriptions and company policy updates.
Beverly resides in Cobb County with her husband and son.
