DeKalb Juvenile Center
This LEED project consisted of the new construction of a 5-story courthouse building. The project involved the construction of a centralized chiller plant, CHW rooftop AHUs, specialized 24/7 server room equipment, as well as combination of fans and OA units to provide LEED required air changes and pressurization.
